Quick lunch sketch

No exaggeration in scale here, I swear. The fact that I was sitting down and he was closer to me probably helped emphasize their size differences.

Great stuff,
I wonder how you managed to capture the big guy, and still have a sketch detailed like that.
Did you notice the big guy, drew him, and then fill in the background ?..

Great work otherwise !

Thank you, Patrick, yes - I saw the big guy and started drawing him while he ordered his take-out meal. Then when he sat down to wait for the food to come I filled in the waitress (who was taking someone else's order by then), and then the background behind them. I had to stop myself from filling in detail, as the initial sketch wasn't, in my opinion, "good enough" to warrant too much noodle-work.

Geez, this is the biggest guy ever! Aren't big people much more interesting to draw than skinny ones! Though I do love the expression of the girl at the counter.
